You went through a world so full of wonder that, let's face it, when you get old enough to do drugs they aren't even going to make a dent in comparison to what you've already seen and done.
Occasionally, though, you just want the madness to stop. Especially when there is killing. You abhor killing. So the best way to do that? Put just a tad bit of sleeping powder in everybody's juice. Yes, you've kept some of your Wonderland magic in your pocket and you dole it out in the only way you know how: in mass quantities. That should keep everybody nice and quiet and calm them down.
