""What's wrong? Has your primitive brain given up and accepted that I, the Riddler, am better than you?"
Name: Chia Bingo Riddler
Alignment: Third-Party
Designation: Non-Hostile
Role: Special
Background
Mweeheeheeheeheeeee. You've never been the sanest one in town, and that's when you only have your own thoughts bouncing around in that big brain of yours. Your obsession with riddles has often put you at odds with everyone, and there's nobody quite like you anywhere else. So when a portal opened up for you in Arkham Asylum, you took the trip because you had no idea what was on the other side, and that's fun!
But something went wrong. You didn't come through as yourself. Or rather, you did come through as yourself, but you also came through as someone else. Are you confused yet? You're two souls fused into one. On the one hand, you're The Riddler, fearsome villain of the Bat. On the other, you're...a Chia Bingo Manager. Even that part of you isn't sure what that means.
Now the obsessions of both entities that now make you up are seeping together. You're compelled to create and solve riddles, but you also wish to play bingo. Is there a compromise in your future? Yes, yes there is.
You've compiled a list, a list of all the people the Gastards would want to see in this game. And you're going to put it to good use. You didn't get to outsmart the Bat while you were trapped in the Asylum, but these Gastards will rue the day they created the Chia Bingo Riddler! Between your brains and your brains, you've got this covered from all angles!
Powers
1. In addition to the 20-role list in public, you have a secret 30-person list. All together, there are 50 possible roles that are in the game. Your goal is to create a 5x5 bingo card (including Free Space!) with 24 of the 28 roles that are IN the game. Each Day and Night, you may submit a new Bingo card as a guess. You will get a return answer in the form of a number: how many names you got right. Submit your guesses by PM in the following bingo card format:
Joe, Bob, Stu, Jane, Steve
Roger, Barry, Alex, Adam, Dude
Guy, Gal, FREE, Me, You
Etc., Etc., Etc., Etc., Etc.
I'm, Tired, Of, This, Example
2. But wait, there's more! Each time you submit a bingo card, you have the chance at scoring a bingo! Any time you submit a card and score a non-free-space bingo that includes five correct players and at least three are still alive, you earn a power to use. You can only earn one power at a time. In order, you receive:
- One-Shot Role Name Investigation
- One-Shot Roleblock
- One-Shot Redirect
- One-Shot Kill
You may use these powers either Day or Night, but if you use them, you cannot submit a bingo card for that Day or Night.
*NOTE: You can store a power. The power you earn you'll keep until you use it, but you cannot earn a new power until you've used up the old one.
3. Mulligan! Due to your dual personality, should you die, you'll cling to this mortal coil just a little longer than anyone else. After death, you'll have one more shot (before being spoiled) to submit a bingo card correctly for your win condition. It must be done before the next full cycle ends. If the game ends before you take advantage of this, your loss.
*NOTE: When submitting bingo cards, if there is another role out there like you that is multiple people smushed into one, you will get one credit if you correctly identify a part of the role, but not multiple credits. So for example, if your bingo card includes Bob and Joe, and one of the roles is BobJoe, you'll get a return of 1, not 2.
*SECOND NOTE: Some roles out there may have cover roles. Cover roles do NOT count towards the correct total, only their actual role does.
Win Condition
You are third-party and in your own world. You win if you submit a bingo card with 24 correct roles on it. You can submit the correct bingo card after you die, but you only have one shot at it.
