"These beings have a name for themselves, they call themselves Gastards. They will be great and glorious modding the game."
Name: The Gastard Heiress
Alignment: Scum
Designation: Hostile
Role: Godfather
Background
You're no stranger to Gastardity. Everyone you know is a Gastard. Your father, your mother, your friends and relatives. They love manipulating and lying and modding mafia games. You're no different. Except you've never really been loved like your brothers and sisters. The heiress to the Gastard throne and yet you don't get treated with the same affection.
So when the Gastards in charge decided to manipulate events on the space station to make a new mafia game, you jumped at the chance to prove yourself. You jumped right into the game itself. Luckily for you, Gastards look the same as everybody else. Nobody knows when they're standing next to a Gastard, and that suits you just fine.
You rounded up what seemed like the most competent group of people and overall, you feel pretty confident about your team. There's a lot of wild cards, though, so you have an ace in the hole: inside knowledge due to Gastardity. Using insider knowledge may be frowned upon elsewhere, but the entire point of this exercise is to prove you can hang with the Gastards on high, right?
That's what I thought. Go Gastards!
Powers
1. You're scum. Your scum buddies are XXXX. Due to your superior mental state, you can converse with your buddies Day or Night here in secret without anyone noticing: XXXX
2. If you and the rest of your scum group decide for it, you may execute the Scum Nightkill. You will use deadly cans of shark repellant if you execute the Nightkill.
3. Because as a Gastard you so closely resemble a human, any investigations will give a Town result, with the designation dependent on who does the investigating. If anyone investigates your role name, it will return Princess Peach.
4. Due to your inside connection with Gastardity, you know that there are three possible targets for Scum recruitment. However, you also know the Gastards won't tip the scales too far in your favor, so you can only recruit one of them if you find them.
5. If your recruiter should die before using her recruitment ability, you will gain her ability and have a one-shot chance at recruiting a new scum. You cannot recruit and execute the Nightkill on the same Night.
Win Condition
You are scum. You win should scum make up half or more of the total population of the game, and they outnumber all other hostile entities.
----
Because you can't just walk around as a Gastard Heiress, you've taken the appearance of someone else. Here is your false identity's role PM.
"I can't believe I got kidnapped...again."
Name: Princess Peach
Alignment: Town
Designation: Hostile
Role: One-Shot Doctor
Background
Sigh. You're probably the most famous princess in the video game universe because of how often you get kidnapped. There's rumors going around that you actually like being kidnapped, but we both know that isn't true. What a drag your overall life is, spending most of your time flung over the shoulder of Bowser.
Of course, this is a completely new predicament. One minute, you're being carried off by Bowser, and now you're in space? With a bunch of people who aren't Mario and they definitely aren't Toads. Last time you had a mafia game forced upon you it was that stupid Super Smash Bros game that Mario made you play in, and then you went evil and won and beat him, and he was all angry at you for weeks after.
Plumbers.
This time around, you're going to help out the good guys. You had a taste of evil, and you're done with it. Doom and gloom castles just aren't your thing.
Powers
1. Once per game, you may choose a single target that is not yourself. Your target will be protected for two Nights in a row from any kills that come their way. Your spell will not protect them from the lynch.
Win Condition
You are town. You win when all hostile non-town players have been eliminated and there is at least one town-aligned person alive.
