""I'll be judge, I'll be jury," Said cunning old Fury; "I'll try the whole cause,
and condemn you to death."
Name: Judge, Jury, and Executioner
Alignment: Town
Designation: Hostile
Role: Special
Background
The first time you were in a mafia game, you were saddled with those stupid Gastards. They made it so you couldn't vote, which really defeats the point of mafia. So you would walk up, chop off the heads of the lynchee, and hand players information, but your soul just wasn't in the game.
Now all that's changed. The Gastards are back for a second time, manipulating this new game, and you've promoted yourself. You're not just the Executioner anymore: You're Judge, Jury, AND Executioner. This time, you're not getting caught with your pants down and having to sit back and watch everybody else play. It's time to get down and dirty, executioner style.
Time to teach those Gastards a lesson. They should know by now they can't manipulate you.
Powers
1. Judge: Once per game, you may change the sentence of any lynchee. Instead of being lynched, the player will go to prison, and for the follow Night and Day he will be able to talk in the main thread but unable to use Night or Day actions, or communicate with fellow scum if he is a scum. By the following Dusk, you alone will choose to either pardon his sentence and let him live, or execute the player along with whatever lynch is chosen that Day.
2. Jury: This game, you're allowed to vote. Also, because you're the Jury, you get one more vote than anyone else. This vote is secret and only shows up in the final tally. Send in your vote privately by the end of the Day and it will be added to the final count.
3. Executioner: While you are alive, players get maximum information from the lynch. If you die, their information will be reduced. In addition, since you're the executioner, you're immune to lynch because hey, you're not going to kill yourself.
4. Because you consider yourself the Law, and you have to have some moral standards, you cannot bid on the Mercenary.
Win Condition
You are town. You win when all hostile non-town players have been eliminated and there is at least one town-aligned person alive.
