"SQUEEK?"
Name: Death of Rats
Alignment: Third-Party
Designation: Unknown
Role: Investigator
Background
SQUEEK. SQUEEK SQUEEK. SQU-oh, ahem. Sorry, I forgot you understood English. You're Death of Rats, a teensy bit off the old block. You're the Grim Squeaker and help ferry those who get caught in mousetraps over to the other side.
Last time you were in a mafia game, you weren't really...you. You were somebody in a costume that got turned into you. Does that make sense? Anyway, last time you were the PFK master and kept control of all the PFKs..this game, though, there isn't any PFKs. So what in the world are you to do?
How about...keep track of everybody! That's what a rat is good for anyway, right? You and your rat brethren, the ones that aren't dead yet, anyway, can scurry through all manners of holes. In this way you can easily find out information other people don't have. In this way you'll keep track of the gamestate, namely how many of each type of alignment there are in the game.
Oh, and another thing. Your...father? Creator? Friend? I don't know how you want to put it, but that guy. Yeah, Him with a capital H. The big guy, Death. He's here. You can feel it in your little tiny bones. He's here doing his job, and you're compelled to find him. Until then, you'll just have to gather whatever information you can.
Powers
1. Once each Day, you may send out your rat friends to investigate and find out the total number of one of the following: Town, Scum, recruitable Third-Party, non-recruitable Third-Party. You'll get your answer at Dusk.
2. Once each Night, you yourself can go out and search for Death. He has a distinctive scent, but so do recruitable Third-Parties. If you find Death, you'll know. If you find a recruitable Third-Party, you'll know. Everything else smells the same.
Win Condition
You are third-party. As long as Death is alive, you share his win condition, but you don't know what it is until you find him. If you die before you find him, you may still win if he completes his win condition. If Death dies before you find him, you may choose to join Town or continue with Death's win condition.
